Shipping Information and Rates

 We
normally ship orders within three to five business days from our warehouses. We have estimated shipping and handling fees on most orders for teacher and classroom supplies to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO and international addresses is estimated separately. Multiple items and certain heavy or oversize items may require extra shipping costs to be charged. Examples of such items include rolls of paper, furniture, large bulletin board sets or items shipped directly from the manufacturer instead of from our warehouse. If additional shipping charges are required, we reserve the right to charge you for actual shipping costs..
Company policy is to ship orders when they are complete to minimize your shipping costs. If you wish a partial shipment, please let us know when you place the order. If you wish your order to be shipped in partial shipments, actual shipping will be charged on each shipment. This actual charge may differ from the original shipping charge and may result in aditional charges to you.
Expedited delivery is available at the additional cost charged by the carrier. If expedited delivery is required, please indicate such requirement in the Customer Notes box as you check out. When expedited delivery is requested, you will be charged the additional costs separately and by requesting the service you authorize us to charge your credit card for the additional costs involved. Also, when expedited delivery is requested, you authorize us to make partial shipments, with any backordered items sent normal ground delivery at a later date.
Signature service is not requested of the carriers because it entails an additional expense. If you believe that you need to sign for your order, please advise us at the time of your order. You will be asked to pay the added fee.
Products should normally arrive within 7-14 days although out-of-stock items or items shipped directly from a manufacturer will delay shipment. Every effort will be made to advise you if your order is delayed. Please contact us with any questions concerning your order.
